1. This is an application seeking condonation of 49 days delay in making an application seeking leave to appeal against the judgment and order dated 30th July 2024, passed by the Fast Track Court (POCSO), Panaji, Goa, in Sessions Case (ORS)No.59/2018.

2. Heard Ms Swati Kamat Wagh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Applicant and Ms V. Yelgar, learned counsel for the Respondent.

3. We have perused the application and papers with the 11th June, 2026

14 CRMA 3 2025 assistance of the learned counsel. The reasons for 49 days delay are satisfactorily explained by the Applicant in the application.

4. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay of 49 days in making an application seeking leave to appeal against the acquittal order is condoned. The appeal be registered and numbered accordingly.

5. The Criminal Misc. Application stands disposed of.
