The order dated 10.11.2023 directing the applicant to pay amount of Rs.15,000/- per month to the non-applicant as interim maintenance from the date of the application is under challenge.

The contention is that the applicant is only earning Rs.12,000/- per month and already providing maintenance and medicines to the non-applicant. 3.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable within three weeks.

There shall be stay to the effect and operation of the impugned order subject to clearance the arrears at the rate of Rs.10,000/- per month after adjusting the amount

revn11.24.O.odt paid by the applicant to non-applicant in view of clause 3 of the order impugned. Thereafter the applicant shall continue to pay at the rate of Rs.10,000/- per month.
