The order dated 20/11/2021 of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rajura, Dist. Chandrapur in PWDVA Application No.12/2021 as well as the order dated 07/11/2023 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Chandrapur in Criminal Appeal No.55/2021 are under challenge in this petition.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within three weeks.

The effect and operation of the order dated 07/11/2023 enhancing the amount of maintenance is stayed subject to payment of 50% of arrears at the enhanced rate accrued till the filing of the application within two weeks.
