Since the dispute is matrimonial one, there are elements of settlement. The matter be sent for mediation.

Dr. Renuka Sirpurkar, learned counsel is appointed as a Mediator in this case.

The parties shall appear before the learned Mediator, as per the convenience of the learned Mediator. 4.

The learned Mediator shall file report within two weeks thereafter.

In the meanwhile, the applicant shall pay remaining amount of Rs.90,000/- to the non-applicants. 6.

Stand over after three weeks.
