1. This Court vide order dated 16.09.2025, issued notice to the Respondents, which was made returnable today i.e. on 30.09.2025. The notice, which was issued through private service, was returned with an endorsement "addressee left".

2. The learned Advocate for the Applicant has furnished new addresses of the Respondents which are mentioned in the application filed by the Applicant, and has prayed that notice be issued to the Respondents on the new addresses.

3. Issue notice to the Respondents at the new addresses mentioned 30th September, 2025

CRMA 19 of 2025 in the application dated 29.09.2025, returnable on 04.11.2025. The learned Advocate for the Applicant to serve the copy of the application in the Registry of this Court for issuance of the notice.

4. The learned Advocate for the Applicant assures this Court that she will pay the process fee within time to enable the Registry to issue notice to the Respondents.
