The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that since the dispute is matrimonial one, there are elements of settlement and, therefore, she prays for referring the matter for mediation.

02] The matter is referred for mediation. Advocate Dr. Renuka Sirpurkar is appointed to act as a Mediator in the matter. 03] The parties shall appear before the learned Mediator on 6th May, 2024 at the High Court Mediation Centre, Nagpur, as per the convenience of the learned Mediator.

04] The learned Mediator shall submit her report within a period of three weeks thereafter.

05] Stand over after summer vacations.
