By this revision application, the applicant has challenged the order of maintenance.

Considering the matrimonial dispute is pending between the parties and there is a possibility of settlement and the parties also wants to explore the said possibilities and requested to send the matter for mediation.

The matter is hereby referred for mediation to the learned Mediator Mr. J. J. Chandurkar.

The parties to appear before the learned Mediator on 30.06.2025 at 2.15 p.m.

Learned Mediator shall submits a report within a four weeks.

Stand over after four weeks.
