DATE : 13 th December, 2024.

1.

It appears that the judgment impugned in this matter is common judgment passed by the learned Family Court in two separate proceedings. One is under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and other one is under Section 13(ia) and (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act. It is told that the order passed in the proceeding under the provisions of the Hindu Marriage Act is already under challenge before the learned Division Bench of this Court. 2.

Under such circumstances, the learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to file an application for clubbing both these matters.

3.

As such, stand over to 10.01.2025.
