By order dated 23.04.2024, the petitioner had undertaken to deposit an amount of Rs.12,50,000/- on or before 30.08.2024. Learned 9th September, 2024

4 WPCR-308-2024-F Counsel for the petitioner orally submits that there was some inadvertent delay on his part in depositing the first installment on or before 30.08.2024.

However, it is submitted by the learned Counsel that he is handed over a D. D. of Rs.12,50,000/- which the petitioner is willing to deposit in terms of the order dated 23.04.2024 on or before 10.09.2024. We find the request reasonable. Time to deposit the first installment in terms of para 8 of the order dated 23.04.2024 is extended upto 10.09.2024. 3.

Learned Counsel for respondent No.3 Shri Amonkar submits that the process of updation of the petitioner's Aadhaar card is in progress. Further, it is assured by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, that the petitioner will render full cooperation to respondent No.3 when the Aadhaar card copy of the child is applied for and will hand over the original Aadhaar card of the petitioner to respondent No.3 as well as remain present when required to facilitate the issuance of the Aadhaar card of the child. After the Aadhaar card of the child is processed, respondent No.3 shall return back the Aadhaar card of the petitioner to him.
