I have gone through the order dated 08.05.2024, by which the stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment was granted on the condition that applicant would clear the arrears of maintenance @ Rs.7,000/- per month within two weeks.

It is also brought to my notice that nonapplicant No.1 has died on 31.03.2025 and non-applicant Nos.2, 3 and 4 are minor children.

In view thereof, it is made clear that stay granted vide order dated 08.05.2024 is vacated. 5.

The non-applicants are at liberty to proceed with the proceedings.

Stand over to 06.10.2025.
