The applicant is challenging the order passed by the Family Court, Akola.

According to the applicant, the recent order is obtained by playing fraud on the court and without disclosing the fact that the non-applicant No.1 is a practicing Advocate. Recently the judgment is modified by deleting the portion of earlier judgment without knowledge of the applicant. Now the applicant is in jail since one and half month. The applicant is ready to deposit the arrears of Rs.1,00,000/- within a period of a week.

The applicant is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- within a period of one week.
