Learned Counsel appearing for the Nonapplicants, submitted that the Applicant has challenged the interim maintenance order passed by this Court on 05.03.2025.

Both the parties shall expeditiously proceed with the main application which is pending before the Family Court, Nagpur, however, there is no progress as such. In view of that, both the parties are directed to cooperate with the Family Court to proceed with the main application and shall adduce the evidence whatever they want to adduce and the learned Family Court shall expeditiously proceed with the main application.
