By this Revision, the Applicant has challenged the order of maintenance passed in Petition No. E-384/2022 by Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur.

During pendency of this Application, the Applicant and Non-applicants started residing together. They have also filed the Terms of Settlement. The contents of the Terms of Settlement are verified from the Applicant and Non-applicant No.1. The Non-applicant No.1 accepted the terms and conditions of the Settlement and specifically stated that she has no objection of cancellation of the maintenance order is concerned.

On last date i.e. on 05.02.2026 both parties were called in Chamber and this fact was also verified and it was disclosed that they are residing happily.

In view of Settlement, the order passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur dated 10.08.2022 is hereby quashed and set aside as the Applicant and Nonapplicants have already started residing together. 5.

In view of that, the Revision Application is disposed of.

Pending application/s, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
