By this Revision, the Applicant has challenged the order of maintenance. Considering the matrimonial dispute, matter can be settled amicably.

Both the learned Counsel for the parties submit that, to explore the possibility of settlement, the matter be referred for mediation.

Mr. S.Y. Deopujari, learned Counsel, is hereby appointed as a Mediator.

4.

The Non-applicant No.1 is residing at Jharkhand. She is permitted to appear before the learned Mediator through Video Conferencing.

5.

The parties shall appear before the learned Mediator on 17.06.2025 at 02.15 p.m.

As the matter is referred for mediation, the Non-applicants shall not obtain any adverse orders in the execution proceedings.

List the matter after four weeks.
