The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the impugned order of maintenance needs to be stayed. However, it appears that by way of interim maintenance, the learned trial Court has granted amount of Rs.5,000/- per month to the non-applicant/wife and also rent amount of Rs.6,500/- per month. However, he is not having any idea as to how much amount is paid by the applicant towards the arrears of Rs.1,95,000/-.

Under such circumstances, it would be better to issue notice to the non-applicant/wife, returnable on 09.01.2025.
