After arguing for some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant relief in this Petition at this stage since the investigation is still going on, learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate legal proceedings if and when the charge-sheet is filed.

Considering this request, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to adopt appropriate legal proceedings if and when the charge-sheet is filed.
