2. By the present petition, the State has challenged the order of the Childrenâ€TMs Court for the State of Goa passed on 9.2.2023 in Special Case No. 27/2022.

3. I have been informed today that the trial has substantially processed and the Investigating Officer shall depose in the proceedings on 7.5.2026.

4. In view thereof, the present petition can be disposed of by following directions:- The objections raised by the accused and contested by the prosecution are kept open, and the prosecution shall be at liberty to raise these objections at the final hearing of the matter. 24th April, 2026
