This matter is placed to verify the compliance of directions issued vide the order dated 28th January 2025. Vide that order, the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.25,000/- and the complainant was directed to deposit Rs.50,000/-. Both of them have filed separate affidavits before the Court with the acknowledgment showing compliance with those directions. Affidavits with the acknowledgments are taken on record. Thus, both of them have complied with the order. 2.

Nothing further survives in this petition. It is finally disposed of.
