1. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners.

2. He submitted that the present Petition was filed seeking a relief to quash and set aside the Complaint filed against the Petitioners under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Today, it is informed that the parties have settled the matter amicably and Criminal Case No. OA/178/2020/D itself has already been withdrawn.

In view thereof, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that this Petition has become infructuous and seeks leave to withdraw the same on the basis of the representation made by the Petitioners. 30th January, 2026

3. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. The Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
