The Petitioners seek partial quashing of the FIR dated 08th May 2024 against the Accused Nos. 5, 6 and 7 i.e. Mr Natwarlal Tibrewal, Mrs Lata Tibrewal and M/s Shorelight Limited respectively referred to at page No.26 of the Petition. 2.
The consent terms dated 07th April 2025 are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submit that by a consent terms dated 07th April 2025 the Petitioners as well as Respondent No.2 herein have executed consent terms
10-WP-36-2025.DOCX whereby the partial payment recorded in clause 1.2 of the consent terms was already paid, and the balance payment recorded in clause 1.4 of the consent terms would be paid within 15 days from the date of this order.

Learned APP, on the instructions of PI Sachin Suryavanshi, EOW, Mumbai, Unit-10, states that they have no objection to partially quash the FIR.

We are accepting the statement of the learned APP, and today we find that there is no legal impediment in partially quashing of the FIR.

In view of the said statement and the consent terms dated 07th April 2025, the FIR dated 08th May 2024 stands partially quashed.
