This writ petition seeks to challenge the criminal proceedings vide C.C. No.2816/PW/2019 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, 63rd Court, Andheri, Mumbai. The learned counsel for the petitioner refers to an order passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.4791 of 2019 by which the criminal proceedings qua Mrs. Dr. Leena Ashay Nandeshwar have been quashed by this Court. However, the discharge petition filed by the petitioner is stated to have been dismissed.

In that view of the matter, reserving a liberty with the petitioner to challenge the order dismissing his discharge petition before the appropriate Court, this Writ Petition No.38 of 2025 stands disposed of without addressing to the merits of the matter.
