This is a praecipe for speaking to the minutes of our order dated 27 June 2025. It is pointed out that in paras 2, 47 and 49, the C.R. No. is indicated as 128/2024 in stead of C.R.No.128/2023.

We notice that in prayer clause (a) of the Petition and in the Written Submission handed over to us, the reference was to C.R. No.128/2024. Therefore, our order refers to C.R. No.128/2024.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner now seeks liberty to amend the prayer clause (a) of the Petition. 4.

In these exceptional circumstances, we grant such leave. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Similarly, in paras 2, 47 and 49, we correct the C.R. to 128/2023 in place of 128/2024.
