This matter is moved on a praecipe for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 19th January 2026 passed by a Coordinate Bench (R. G. Avachat and Ajit B. Kadethankar, JJ.) in the Criminal Writ Petition No.20391 of 2024.

It is pointed out that in paragraph No.2, line No.3 of the said order, after the word "was", the word "not" is required to be inserted. 3.

Accordingly, paragraph No.2 of the said order shall be read thus: "The petitioner wants to have the F.I.R. registered against respondent No.8 who is a public servant. According to the petitioner, the sanction under Section 197 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was not required."

It is directed that this order shall be read in conjunction with the order dated 19th January 2026 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.20391 of 2024.
