The Petitioner has filed this petition for a direction to dispose of the Sessions Case No.13 of 2022 in time-bound manner. 2.

The learned APP has placed on record a letter received from the Jail Authority informing that the Petitioner is already acquitted on 30th January 2026 and he is released from jail. The said letter is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 3.

In view of the aforesaid letter, nothing survives for further consideration in the Writ Petition.
