This Petition was filed on 17th February, 2024. Suddenly, an urgency is expressed at the onset of vacation. Earlier, this Court (Coram : Revati Mohite Dere and Dr. Neela Gokhale, JJ.), had passed an order on 29th January, 2025, imposing cost of Rs.10,000/- on the Petitioners for having shown urgency, when there was no urgency, as per the view of the Court. The learned Senior Advocate representing the Petitioners submits that Petitioner No.1 is now 89 years of age, is unwell and is confined to the bed. She will, however, show respect to the Trial Court by appearing before the Court through the virtual mode on 15th May, 2025. The learned APP submits that the appearance of Petitioner No.1, through the virtual mode, can be facilitated.
