The petitioner has sent a letter through jail dated 24th March 2025. By the said letter the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition filed by him i.e. Writ Petition No.75 of 2025. Withdrawal is sought, since the petitioner wants to adopt an appropriate remedy, before the trial Court.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
