Having perused the F.I.R. No.0206, dated 30th May, 2024, registered with the Saswad Police Station, Pune Rural, We ADN

3-WP-82-2025 (CR).odt find that a civil dispute has arisen after the Complainant alleged that his mother had given rights to a property three decades ago, out of misrepresentation, fraud or negligence. It is further contended by the Complainant that his mother's signature was forged on the relevant documents.

Considering the above, after the charge-sheet is tendered to the Court, we expect the learned Trial Court to adjourn the said proceedings until further orders.

All office objections, if any, to be removed on or before 6th February, 2025, failing which, the Petition would stand dismissed without reference to this Court, on 7th February, 2025. 5.
