Mr. Bakul Bhosale, learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that during pendency of this Petition, charge-sheet has been filed. He therefore craves leave to amend the prayer clauses seeking relief for quashing of the charge-sheet. He submits that the Petitioners and Respondent No. 2 have amicably resolved the dispute and therefore, requests that the matter be listed for quashing of the First Information Report by consent. 3.

Ms. Peepli Datta, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2 states that Respondent No. 2 is in difficulties today, as such unable to appear. She on instructions states that all the parties would remain present tomorrow, i.e., on 23.01.2026. 6.

At the request of Ms. Peepli Datta, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2 and by consent of the parties, list the matter on 23rd January 2026.
