A praecipe dated 5th August 2025 along with the photocopy of RTGS receipt, indicating the transfer of said amount in the account of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy & Research Center, is produced on record.

2) Record further indicates that, in pursuance of Order dated 30th June 2025, Respondent No.2 has also paid the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- 1/2

A praecipe dated 5th August 2025 along with e-receipt issued by ICICI Bank, indicating transfer of said funds in the account of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy & Research Center, is produced on record. 3) In view thereof, the Petitioner No.1 as well as Respondent No.2 have complied with the directions issued vide Order dated 30th June 2025. 3.1) Remove from Board.
