After arguing the matter for some time, the Learned Counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition to initiate appropriate proceedings against the first Respondent in respect of the subject premises. Liberty is sought by the learned Counsel for Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the liberty is granted to withdraw the present 23rd April, 2026

1 WPCR 112 2026 petition. Also liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file appropriate proceedings against the first Respondent.
