In the original Petition, the petitioner had prayed for cancellation of detention order passed against him on the grounds being raised in form of ground Nos. A to K. By order dated 23.04.2024, this Court permitted to incorporate additional ground(s), and accordingly, the amendment is carried out by inserting all the said grounds and, as a result, numerous grounds are added. Once again the petitioner seek amendment in the petition which we must decline, as what we have noticed is, the petitioner attempt to insert all jargon in form of grounds, which is not permissible.

The learned APP, Mr. Yagnik seek time to fle response to R.V.Patil
