In the Criminal Writ Petition No. 212 of 2024 seeking quashment of the Detention Order, dated 20.12.2023, despite an amendment being permitted to be carried out on an earlier occasion, Ms. Tripathi is desirous of adding certain grounds, as according to her these grounds would go to the root of the matter and even an additional prayer clause is sought to be inserted.

Accepting the statement that the grounds to be Chaitanya

The amendment is permitted to be carried out as per the schedule annexed to the Application.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.

An amended copy of the Petition shall be served upon Mr. Gavand, who representing the State Authorities, and if necessary they are permitted to file their affidavit-in-reply, within a period of two weeks from thereafter. 3.
