1) These are the four matters listed today. Three Writ Petitions are filed by the Wife and one is filed by the Husband. 2) In Writ Petition No.9045 of 2025, the Petitioner-Wife has sought enhancement of the maintenance amount for their daughter, in Writ Petition No.53 of 2025, the Wife has challenged the access order and in Criminal Writ Petition No.232 of 2025, the Wife has challenged the order of rejection of her Application seeking amendment to the DV Application. 3) The Writ Petition No.13299 of 2024 has been filed by the Husband challenging the order of maintenance granted in favour of the daughter.

4) Both the Counsel present today make a request that, if the matter is referred to the Mediator, they can explore the possibility of settlement between the parties and they unanimously suggested the name of learned Senior Counsel, Smt. Seema Sarnaik.

5) Smt. Seema Sarnaik, learned Senior Counsel is requested by this Court to mediate in the matter and submit a report to this Court within a period of six weeks.

6) The Mediator is at liberty to fix the terms of mediation and the expenses to be borne by the parties.

7) The Copy of the Petition will be submitted by the parties to the Mediator.

8) List these Petitions under the caption "for direction" on 19.08.2025.
