It is stated therein that, wife of the Petitioner is not ready and willing to stand as a surety if he is released on furlough leave. 2) The present Petition is for the furlough leave for the year of 2024. According to the learned APP, the said period has now lapsed. 1/2

4) Petition is accordingly disposed off in the aforesaid terms. 5) In view of disposal of Petition, Interim Application Nos.64 of 2025 and 70 of 2025 pending therein, do not survive and are accordingly disposed off.
