P.C.:- 1) The Superintendent of Police, Satara is directed to file reply to the Petitions. The Superintendent of Police shall take into consideration the observations made by this Court in its Order dated 14th February 2024 while filing the reply.

2) If the Superintendent of Police comes to a conclusion that the FIR ought not to have been lodged at all in the present case, then we expect from him to adopt appropriate remedial measures in that behalf including 1/2

2.1) This be done within a period of three weeks from today. 3) Stand over to 10th September 2024.
