1) A Praecipe is moved for Speaking to the Minutes of the Judgment dated 4th July, 2025. The following are the facts required to be corrected :

[i] In the cause-title of the Writ Petition, the age of Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are noted as "55", "41" and "39", respectively, instead of, "39", "66" and "62", respectively. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner to carry out the necessary amendment forthwith and to correct the age of Respondent No.2 as "39", Respondent No.3 as "66" and Respondent No.4 as "62". [ii] In Line No.6 of Paragraph No.30 of the said Judgment, the word "Bandra" to be corrected to read as "Borivali". [iii] In the second last line of Paragraph No.30, the words "the Respondent have" to be corrected to read as "the Petitioner has".

[iv] In the appearance, the name of the Advocate mentioned as "Mr. Maddhat Shaikh" to be corrected to read as "Ms. Madhat Shaikh".

2) Accordingly, the corrections be carried out and the corrected Judgment be uploaded on the Website 3) Rest of the Judgment remains as it is.
