Mr. Rajan Gupta, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners has moved the matter for Speaking to the Minutes of the Judgment and Order dated 7th August 2025, as Paragraph No. 21 of the said Judgment and Order does not clearly specify to whom the cost of Rs. 10,000/- is to be paid. In fact, the cost was directed to be paid to the Respondent-wife.

Accordingly, Paragraph No.21 of the Order dated 7th August 2025 be corrected, as follows :- "21.

Writ Petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the Respondent No.1-wife."

Accordingly, the Judgment and Order dated 7th August 2025 be corrected and corrected Order be uploaded.
