The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.2 has not processed his passport renewal application for the last two years. The applicant submitted the renewal request in February 2023, but no decision has been made. The learned counsel for the petitioner now seeks only a direction for respondent No.2 to expedite the decision on the renewal application.

Considering the application has been pending for two years, the Authority is directed to expeditiously decide on the Digitally signed by MAMTA AMAR KALE Date:
