2024.05.07 13:43:50 +0530 remission register w.e.f. 17th April 2021 and Petitioner was granted Covid19, emergency Parole leave from 22nd May 2020 to 24th June 2022. Perusal of the said circular dated 13th November 2018 indicates that, no such provisions are incorporated in the said circular. 2) In view thereof, we direct Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Western region to file its reply to the Petition. 1/2
