Learned Advocate for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are seeking quashing of the FIR registered at the instance of respondent No.2 for the ofence under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the IPC. 2.
It is submitted that the parties have settled the dispute. The petition was fled for divorce by mutual consent. The said petition was allowed. The consent terms were fled and as per consent terms, petitioner No.1 has agreed to pay amount of Rs.3,25,000/- and the entire amount has been parted to the complainant.

Learned APP submitted that the complainant is present in the Court. She has requested for providing legal aid. She is not consenting for quashing the proceedings.

The High Court Legal Services Authority is requested to appoint Advocate to represent respondent No.2/complainant. 5.
