Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3 as well as learned APP, jointly state that in this case in the present subject matter, 'BSummary Report' is filed by the investigating agency before the competent Court.

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this Petition. Therefore, the Petition is disposed of as not pressed. However, it is made clear that in future if the 'B-Summary Report' is not accepted by the competent Court, the Petitioner would be at liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
