Mediation Report dated 10th December 2025 is placed on record. It is reported that the mediation has failed. When the matter was listed today, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 states that as the mediation has failed, he needs to file Reply-Affidavit to the Petition alongwith various documents, which forms part of the record and not placed by the Advocate for Respondent No.1.

At his request, the Respondent No.1 is granted two weeks time to file the Reply-Affidavit and serve copies in advance upon the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and learned A.P.P. 3.

In the meanwhile, Respondent No.1 shall make endeavor to at least clear 50% of the arrears due to the Petitioner. 4.

List the Petition on 22nd July 2025.
