2.1) In view thereof, paragraph no.3 of the Order dated 5th July, 2024 stands deleted from record.

4) In view thereof, till the returnable date, further proceedings arising out of C.R.No.228 of 2023 registered with Shahapur Police Station, District Kolahpur are stayed.
