P.C.:- 1) The Deputy Commissioner of Police having territorial jurisdiction over Kashimira Police Station, Mira-Bhyander, Vasai-Virar Commissionerate is directed to file a detailed response to the Petition and in particular to the fact that, why necessary legal action against the Petitioner No.1 i.e. the husband of Respondent No.2 is not initiated till date to bring him to the books of law.

2) This be done within a period of two weeks from today. 3) As far as the Petitioner Nos.2 to 6 are concerned, ad-interim relief granted on 28th February, 2024 to continue till the returnable date. 4) Stand over to 1st August, 2024.
