P.C.:- 1) Learned Advocate appointed by the Legal Aid Committee, Mumbai, to represent the Petitioner is unable to proceed with the hearing of the Petition, for want of basic documents i.e. the Judgment and Order passed by the trial Court and the Appellate Court, if any preferred against it.
2) Learned APP today handed over a copy of the Judgment and Order of the trial Court to the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. The said copy is illegible.
3) In view thereof, we direct the Deputy Registrar, High Court Legal Aid Committee, Mumbai to make available the legible copy of the trial Court Judgment and Order, so also the Appellate Court Judgment and 1/2
ssm 29-wp684.2024.doc Order to the learned Advocate for the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
4) Deputy Registrar, High Court Legal Aid Committee, Mumbai is at liberty to contact the Registrar of the District and Sessions Court, Jalna for getting a certified copy of the Judgment and Order of the trial Court expeditiously.
5) This be done within a period of eight weeks from today. 6) Stand over to 21st June, 2024.
