Criminal Writ Petition No.712 of 2024 has been filed by Petitioner for quashing the FIR dated 11th December 2023 vide C.R. No.398 of 2023 registered with Kasarvadawali Police Station for offences under Sections 279, 323, 338, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 whereas, the Criminal Writ Petition 713 of 2024 is filed by original complainant Dnyaneshwar Ethape, P.A.

33-WP-712-2024.doc seeking directions to add Sections 307, 354, 376, 420, 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
