He produced on record photocopy of the Order of taking cognizance by the learned Magistrate. 1.1) In view thereof, Mr.Bhosale, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to challenge the Order of taking cognizance by the trial Court by adopting appropriate proceedings in that behalf.
