Since during the pendency of the aforesaid petitions, chargesheet has been filed and since no grounds have been raised in the aforesaid petitions, vis-a-vis the material in the chargesheet, learned Counsel for the petitioner in each of the petition seeks leave to withdraw the aforesaid petitions with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging not only the FIR but also the chargesheet and cognizance, if taken.

Petitions are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petitions and as such, all contentions of all parties on merit, are kept open.
