Since during the pendency of this petition, charge-sheet has been filed in the said case and cognizance has been taken, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking to challenge not only registration of the FIR but also the filing of charge-sheet and cognizance order, if taken.
