DATED : 24th JUNE, 2024 P.C:- The prisoner is aggrieved by non extension of the benefit of special remission of three months as declared by the Government of Maharashtra on the occasion of 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, which was denied to him by the Sessions Court at Parbhani on 15/02/2023.

In the last week, we have dealt with such a situation and have clearly recorded that there is no reason why the State Government shall not extend the benefit of the scheme and therefore the learned APP shall obtain necessary instructions. List on 1/07/2024.
